Phill is the Chief Operating Officer for Global Risk Advisory. He is a Partner with Deloitte China based in Hong Kong and leads the Hong Kong Cyber practice.
His background is in the planning and execution of major technology and business change programmes within organisations to transform their efficiency, effectiveness and linkage to business strategy. These programmes typically have involved changes in strategy, risk appetite, cyber defences, people’s behaviours as well as reconfiguration and refresh of technology together with process redesign.
He has 35 years of technology experience and is a Fellow of the British Computer Society and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Information Security Professionals.
