He is focused on helping clients across banking, insurance, capital markets and investment management realize their ambitions in digital transformation and deliver on better business outcomes and experiences for their customers and employees. Justin brings a strong understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities that are impacting operations within Canadian FIs– and continuously looks for ways that ServiceNow and Enterprise Service Management disciplines can be applied to support our client’s objectives and outcomes.
