Johanna Jones

Johanna serves as the Deloitte Global Consulting Services Client Excellence Leader with responsibility for driving growth for the firm's most strategic clients, through the advancement of account leaders inclusive of training, account labs, industry & sector communities, and market insights. In her 24-year career with Deloitte, Johanna has held several global leadership roles focused on account growth and sales. She first joined the Global leadership team to develop and launch the Crisis Management offering globally. She subsequently established and led a Global Pursuit Center of Excellence (PCoE) focus on Advisory services. 

Johanna joined Deloitte in the US in 2000 serving manufacturing and energy clients. She joined Deloitte Global in 2009 and held a number of roles focused on business transformation and growth.
