Prior to this role, Barbara served as Deloitte Digital's Chief Commercial Officer, and global marketing and commerce leader, helping clients build loyal B2B and B2C relationships across customer acquisition, service, and retention programs. By championing innovation, strategy, and design, she helped brands deliver a more human-centered experience, ensuring their customers and employees felt seen, heard, and valued across all touchpoints.
