Frank Nagel

Frank Nagel is the lead partner of the Financial Services Industry Transaction Services & Valuation service line for Deloitte Germany and advises financial services clients on M&A transactions and reorganizations. The focus of his work is on conducting financial due diligence investigations for acquirers, translating results into valuation and purchase agreements as well as reviewing transfer balance sheets. Mr. Nagel is a chartered accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
