Frederique Blanchet

Frederique joined Deloitte as Global Consulting Financial Services Sustainability and Climate leader and Consulting Sustainability and Climate leader in France to help structure go to market and accelerate the business growth. In her previous role, she led Sustainability services for FS clients in France, Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands and was part of the European and Global leadership teams and working groups. She has more than 25 years of experience supporting financial services institutions and their clients in their strategic thinking and transformations, in the UK and continental Europe. She also held multiple roles such as the development of practices and accounts, the integration of acquisitions. She loves dealing with complex situations and issues, creating long term relationships, growing activities and teams in a dynamic, profitable and responsible way and moving up the value chain of services offered.
