Erin Hess is a research and insights manager for the US Chief Legal Officer (CLO) Program with Deloitte Risk & Financial Advisory. In this role, she is involved in research initiatives related to in-house legal practice as well as various CLO Program offerings, which focus on executive leadership development for senior legal leaders.
Erin joined the firm in 2021 with almost 15 years of experience practicing law, developing executive talent in the legal profession, and account management for a legal technology company. She practiced corporate litigation at a large law firm and administrative law in the government sector. She was also the program leader for two leadership development programs at the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity.
Erin enjoys creating connections between people and ideas. She is drawn to the possibilities of new initiatives and has a passion for helping legal executives discover their strengths to maximize their influence and effectiveness.
Erin holds a B.A. in Political Science and a minor in Business Administration from the from the University of Florida. She graduated from William & Mary Law School and is licensed to practice law in Virginia and Delaware.
