David Yankovitz

David Yankovitz is the Deloitte Global Energy & Chemicals Sector leader. In this role he is responsible for setting and implementing global strategies and priorities for our Energy & Chemicals practices around the world.

With more than 30 years of experience in the sector, David specializes in strategy, operations, M&A, and innovation leading to the growth and profitability of clients.  He is known for building enduring client relationships with CEOs and C-level executives at premier international companies, providing them with expansion strategies and cost containment initiatives. His background includes work on energy transition, new energy strategies, focused on sustainable products, lower emissions, renewable energies, and circularity.

Previously serving as the US Consulting Chemicals Marketplace Leader at Deloitte Consulting LLP, David has drawn on his deep sector knowledge to research and author a range of thought leadership on topics such as workforce, digital transformation, and the future of materials and chemicals. His wide breadth of experience encompasses business strategies, innovation, energy transition, digital transformation, supply chain, and manufacturing.
