Dejan is a Partner in Deloitte's Technology practice, working with Deloitte clients globally. He focuses on enterprise service delivery transformation across functions and industries and brings over 20 years of experience across industries and geographies. He also leads Deloitte's Global alliance with ServiceNow, a provider of enterprise service management solutions.

His experience spans across a broad portfolio of services including Technology Strategy, Enterprise Architecture, IT Service Management, Enterprise Content Management, Analytic, SAP and Oracle. His clients include companies in oil & gas, technology & telecommunication, public sector and financial services industries. Dejan assists clients through planning and execution of their business and technology initiatives, specifically focusing on issues related to Service Management Transformation, Governance, Outsourcing, Analytic, system design, development and integration.
