Donna Bell

Donna serves as the chief of staff for the US Consulting Core Business Operations practice, which delivers an integrated set of offerings that address a clients’ heart-of-the-business issues and challenges by leveraging deep technology and functional expertise.

In her role, Donna facilitates the development and implementation of strategic priorities and the collaboration of consulting professionals across the globe delivering operational excellence. She also guides the business in fostering diversity and promoting an inclusive culture.

Donna received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas at Austin and started her 20+ year career with Deloitte delivering large-scale custom technology solutions in the Public Sector.
