Danielle is a tax partner in London, in Deloitte UK’s Funds practice, with a wealth of experience advising a range of private capital fund managers. Danielle’s skills span the breadth of private capital fund managers, including infrastructure, private equity, venture capital, captives and family offices. Danielle focuses on both fund structuring, and designing and implementing global incentive arrangements for senior executives (such as carried interest, co-investment and ownership share). Danielle also supports her clients with broader strategic house advisory projects (such as in respect of transition and succession).
