Danielle A Hawkins

Danielle is a principal in Deloitte Consulting LLP’s Hospitality, Transportation, and Services practice, where she leads the Human Capital practice for the sector. With more than 20 years of consulting experience, Danielle specializes in guiding clients through large-scale global transformations, with a focus on organizational design, culture, change management, and talent strategies. Beyond her client work, Danielle has served as an internal adviser on alternative talent and upskilling initiatives.

She holds a bachelor of science from Cornell University in industrial and labor relations.
