Corinne Knopp, Partner, is a member of the Business Law department of the firm. She specializes in real estate law.
As such, she has been advising for more than 15 years French and international investors (investment funds, listed property companies, institutional and private investors, etc.) and asset managers on their real estate investments, sales, acquisition financing, portfolio and sale and leaseback transactions. She deals with international transactions and all types of real estate assets (office, logistics, industrial, retail, etc.).
She advises investors on investment structuring, property management and all types of leases. She also assists many companies in relation to their real estate strategy and needs, particularly international groups when settling in France.
In addition, Corinne has a wide experience of transactions in the hotel industry and hotel contracts. She also assists on the real estate aspects of acquisition and financing transactions in the renewable energy sector.
Before joining Deloitte Société d'Avocats en 2021, she headed the Paris real estate group at Hogan Lovells law firm where she has practiced for more than twenty years and was appointed as partner in 2000.
