Clare Harding is the Global Innovation Leader for Deloitte, based in Sydney, where she serves as a Senior Partner at Deloitte Australia.
She leads Deloitte's global network of Innovation Leaders, aligning the global innovation agenda with Deloitte’s strategy and anticipating future trends in professional services. Clare is also a leader in Deloitte’s Global Generative AI program, working to identify new AI-driven business opportunities and ensuring Deloitte leverages GenAI for both client solutions and internal purposes.
In her role, Clare is leading a global scenario planning program for 2035 to evaluate the potential impacts of AI on clients and Deloitte itself, ensuring preparedness for various future scenarios. Prior to her current position, Clare was Deloitte Australia's Chief Strategy Officer, overseeing strategy, innovation, corporate development, and technology enablement. She has also served as Chief Transformation Officer, Executive Talent Leader and Managing Partner of Financial Advisory in Australia.
With extensive experience in Technology, Media, and Telecommunications, Clare’s career at Deloitte spans Consulting, Financial Advisory, and Tax, having worked both in the UK and Australia. As a Monitor Deloitte partner, she continues to drive strategic initiatives across the firm.
