Claire Nelson is a strategy and analytics consultant in the Government and Public Services practice within Deloitte Consulting LLP. Her work has focused on customer strategy, customer experience, and applied innovation. Nelson has worked with federal government agencies to develop and implement strategies and has supported Deloitte’s Transportation and Smart City initiative in its operations, eminence, and solution development. Nelson holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and political science from Villanova University.
