Christopher Tomlinson | Deloitte Consulting LLP

Christopher Tomlinson is a managing director with Deloitte Consulting LLP where he utilizes his extensive experience in tolling, transportation financing, transit, mobility, and governance to assist Deloitte’s clients in achieving their objectives. Prior to joining Deloitte, Tomlinson served as the executive director for the State Road and Tollway Authority (SRTA), the Georgia Regional Transportation Authority (GRTA), and the Atlanta-region Transit Link Authority (ATL).  In his combined executive leadership roles, he led three state-level authorities whose shared missions are focused on improving mobility in Georgia by providing reliable, innovative, multimodal transportation solutions. The authority’s combined operations include the State’s Peach Pass tolling system, the Georgia Transportation Infrastructure Bank, and the metro-Atlanta regional commuter bus system known as Xpress.
