Christopher is leading the Insurance Finance Transformation Offering of Deloitte in EMEA being responsible for enhancing and transforming the CFO function with regards to CFO strategy, TOM, processes, finance architecture, implementation, and global rollout. His focus areas include finance vision, performance management, accounting processes, finance architecture, global implementation, and automation based on artificial intelligence. Christopher has more than 15 years of experience and has led large-scale insurance finance transformation programs steering 300+ team members in multi-year, multi-location, and multi-entity environments.
