Chris leads our ServiceNow practice in ER&I. He also leads our ServiceNow MSP practice. With 29 years of experience in business strategy and management, Chris possesses a unique perspective on the evolution of business and technology management. Chis is a longtime proponent of digital workflow driving strategic insights from diligent, tactical management. He leads business management initiatives that produce impactful results for Deloitte’s clients. Chris earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Missouri and his MBA from the University of Kansas. He currently lives in Kansas City, Missouri.
