Cesar Martin Lara is the partner responsible for Deloitte's Cybersecurity (Cyber Risk) area.
He has extensive professional experience, marked by his creative and entrepreneurial vision; which is backed by the launch of more than one successful startup. Cesar is an expert in business creation and management, business innovation and service launch.
César is a Technical Engineer in Management Information Technology from the Complutense University of Madrid, as well as a Master in Cybersecurity and in Electronic Signature and Cryptography.
He also teaches classes on "Programming Methodology" and "Object Oriented Programming" in various schools.
