Cathleen is a Senior Manager in Sustainability & Climate, leading the Climate and Sustainability@Automotive topics at Risk Advisory.
She advises companies with industrial value chains on the development, operationalization and implementation of sustainability strategies and ESG performance management approaches. In doing so, it helps to integrate ESG into products, business processes and corporate decisions, thus enabling holistic transformation. Cathleen's focus is on climate-related issues – from the survey of the CO2e footprint, climate strategy development to the implementation of decarbonization measures.
Prior to that, she played a key role in developing the audit approach for ESG metrics at Deloitte and building up the Climate & Sustainability Services team. Cathleen currently represents Deloitte at the Value Balancing Alliance.
