Caitlin Goodrich is a manager at Deloitte Consulting LLC. She has nearly 10 years of experience helping state governments achieve mission outcomes by engaging their workforce through change management programs, redesigning workforce experiences, implementing talent development initiatives, and reimagining governance processes and operating models. While earning her dual master’s degrees in public affairs and business administration, Goodrich researched the role of employee experience in enabling social sector organizations to achieve their missions.
