Brad's tenure at Deloitte has focused on global strategy development, inorganic growth, and program management. While based in Boston, he has worked for more than 25 countries globally since joining Deloitte.
In his current role as chief of staff for Deloitte's Global M&A Services practice, he directs the development and implementation of the firm's 2020 plan, a global strategy that builds an end-to-end M&A platform, able to serve clients throughout the transaction lifecycle, from M&A strategy development and deal origination through integration planning and post-merger integration.
Additionally, he directs the development of a global disruptive M&A proposition, which helps clients leverage M&A to capture innovation-driven growth opportunities resulting from the accelerating evolution of technology, shifts in consumer behavior, and convergence across sectors. Prior to joining Deloitte, Brad spent nine years in the commercial banking and financial technologies sectors before becoming a management consultant.
