He is based in New York and focusses on leading technological innovation and development in the areas of Transfer Pricing Documentation, Operational Transfer Pricing, TP Data Analytics and Country-by-Country Reporting. Boris also actively participates in many global and U.S. initiatives, including those aimed at Deloitte’s response to BEPS, and appears in Euromoney's Guide to the World's Leading Transfer Pricing Advisers.
