Brian Lightle is the Global M&A Climate & Sustainability Leader across Deloitte and a member of our Global M&A Executive. He is an M&A partner in the US firm and has more than 29 years of professional experience with Deloitte, of which over 23 years have been dedicated to M&A Transaction Services. Brian leads M&A transactions with leading global private equity firms and large multi-national corporations focusing primarily on the technology industry, including software development and deployment, mobile applications & gaming, semi-conductor design, fabrication, assembly and testing, SaaS, B2B commerce, hardware, and networking. He has an undergraduate degree from Kansas State University and a master’s degree from the Graduate School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin. Brian is also a U.S. Certified Public Accountant in Texas and California.
