Bill works with Banking and Payments organizations on topics related to customer experience, go-to-market planning, omnichannel sales & service, and value realization in the context transformational change. He also champions Deloitte’s M&A Commercial practice in support of clients working in the front office. In this capacity, he has experience across a wide range of transactions from small FinTech acquisitions to international, multi-billion dollar mergers.
Bill has worked globally and in other industry verticals such as insurance, investment management, and retail. He holds an undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina and an MBA from Chicago Booth. He is also a CFA Charterholder.
