Ayan is a principal at Deloitte with more than three decades of strategy and technology consulting experience. He currently serves as Deloitte's Global Cyber Leader. In addition, he is Chair of the Board for Americas Delivery Mexico (ADMX), and Advisory Partner for the University of California account in Deloitte US.
In these roles, he brings extensive experience building businesses and serving clients by delivering at scale, bringing together the right people, technology, and delivery models to create real impact. He previously served as Deloitte Consulting's US National Managing Principal for Operate Services, a multi-billion-dollar business built around managed services, as-a-service, and outcome-based models, including scaling global capabilities across technology and business process domains.
Prior to Deloitte, Ayan was a Vice President with IBM where he held various management and P&L roles. Before IBM, he served as North America President at Firstsource and Head of Western Americas for Infosys. Ayan started his career with Accenture (Andersen Consulting) where he led several strategy, process and technology engagements.
Ayan has been a speaker in several forums including leading business schools like Wharton and Stanford and has authored and been featured in publications including Deloitte's Tech Trends and the Wall Street Journal. Ayan has an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ahmedabad and a bachelor’s degree in Economics (with Honors) from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi.
