Amanda Paris is a Senior Manager in Deloitte’s Global Employer Services practice in the US, where she guides multinational organizations through the transformation of their workforce and talent mobility programs.
Her diverse experience in workforce change efforts includes aligning mobility with broader talent strategies, designing mobile work policies and governance, harmonizing mobility programs following a transaction, designing and reviewing policies and programs, assessing technologies to meet program objectives, and evolving service delivery models to elevate through technology.
A certified Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR), Amanda has a Bachelor of Arts from DePauw University. She is passionate about Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and leads Deloitte’s Women & Allies Community in the Midwest region.
