Ajit is the Global Delivery Transformation leader and Global Delivery Network (GDN) Global point of contact (PoC). He is instrumental in building critical capabilities in key markets, executing a common delivery approach with standard methods and tools, and integrating the global delivery network capability.
He is a key member of the Deloitte GDN team driving synergies across global, regional, and local delivery centers, and is a board member for Deloitte Consulting India Private Limited.
Ajit has over 25 years of professional consulting experience and has previously served in significant leadership roles in Analytics and Technology Integration, defining strategy, developing teams, and implementing solutions for clients. He has served clients across industries and geographies, where he played a key role in setting up and managing large scale transformational engagements across Advice, Implement and Operate and leveraging Deloitte’s GDN. In addition to client service, he has led capability development, quality initiatives, and strategic talent development programs.
He is also actively involved in community service initiatives and has been instrumental in supporting many talent development programs.
