Asan is Deloitte DSA’s Consulting Operate Leader. He is responsible for building and scaling the growth of the firm’s consulting operate business in India. Asan is based in Bengaluru, India.
Asan has over 25+ years of experience in setting up and operating Global Capability Centers (GCCs’) and Near-Shore Delivery centers in India, Asia, Africa and South America. He has also led strategic large deals and governance teams for over 10+ years across Industries & Sectors. He has been leading large multi-year transformation programs; driving value from GCC’s through building right people organization, governance models, investing in digital technologies, and leveraging M&A to enable accelerators for faster growth to achieve scale. Asan has an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and is an Electrical Engineering graduate from Delhi College of Engineering.
