As a global employment tax specialist in Deloitte’s Global Employer Services (GES) team, Amelia focuses on helping multinational organizations manage employer tax compliance, with respect to their global workforce. She has extensive experience leading large-scale, global engagements, including advising clients on the tax considerations of global payroll and HR transformation, the implementation of new employee compensation programs, and responding to evolving regulatory requirements.
Amelia began her career in London, initially as a UK employment tax specialist, before relocating to New York where she expanded her expertise to global employment tax issues.
