She also excels in overseeing and coordinating large-scale global projects related to rewards and benefits programs. A key aspect of her role involves helping clients manage their employment tax risk and compliance globally, through initiatives such as designing and implementing tax risk governance controls, conducting global employer tax risk assessments, and performing strategic employment tax reviews.
With over two decades of experience, she previously worked in Deloitte's London office before bringing her international perspective to the US employment tax team.
