Monica O'Reilly, Vice Chair - US Financial Services Industry Leader | Deloitte US

Monica is a principal with more than 28 years of experience serving financial services clients. She is the US Financial Services Leader for Deloitte LLP. As the US Financial Services Leader, Monica oversees the various financial services sectors, including banking, capital markets, insurance, investment management, and real estate. In this role, she is responsible for the overall strategic direction of the practice, leadership development and succession, resource alignment, and other market initiatives. She leads the integration and collaboration of Deloitte’s key businesses including audit, tax, consulting, and risk and financial advisory, to bring comprehensive solutions to our industry clients. Additionally, Monica serves on Deloitte’s Global Financial Services Industry Leadership Council, which ensures the consistency and alignment of our services to multiple global clients.

Monica is a thought leader, frequent speaker, and author on industry trends. She serves as the lead client service partner for a US regional bank client, overseeing all services we provide to the organization. She has deep knowledge of the banking sector, with a focus on payments, and has experience leading diverse teams towards a common goal – delivering superior client service. She has led projects at multiple global institutions that leverage Deloitte’s significant capabilities across multiple domains, including technology, regulatory compliance, cyber, human capital, audit, tax, and M&A.

Monica joined Deloitte in 2003 and has served in several client and marketplace leadership positions. Prior to joining Deloitte, she was a principal at a management consulting firm.
