Amy Feirn is the US Managing Principal for Transformation, driving Deloitte US’ most critical and complex transformation priorities to unlock growth for the organization and its professionals. Amy also serves on the Global DTTL Board of Directors.

Previously, Amy served as US Managing Principal for Businesses and Global Services (BGS), responsible for Deloitte US’ integrated growth across four businesses including investments, offerings, and transformation efforts. Prior to her BGS role, Amy served as the Deputy CEO for Deloitte Consulting, and was responsible for scaling and delivering world-class solutions to drive client impact.

She has spent her career advising clients in a number of industries including health care, consumer products, government, and financial services.

Amy has 25+ years of experience advising and teaming with clients in the health care industry to help identify and implement strategic, long-term solutions to difficult, multifaceted issues. She has provided professional services to integrated delivery systems, retail providers, academic medical centers, health systems, and medical groups as well as authored several pieces on improving patient health care experiences, increasing ambulatory throughput, and operating model design.
