“I'm most passionate about helping our clients during the most significant moments in their companies.”

Meet Viviana. She is a senior manager in the Real Estate Team in Financial Advisory at Deloitte Spain. Viviana advises clients in real estate transactions and lender processes of all asset classes. “The most exciting thing about working in real estate is we are helping clients solve complex issues, and often the most difficult situations they’ve faced, with our multidisciplinary, holistic approach—and it’s amazing when we become their trusted advisers.”

Currently, she’s focused on technical services, such as performing technical and town planning due diligence for transactional purposes, including inspections, studies of the building and its documentation, valuation of risks and their possible solutions, and recommendations. With Viviana’s experience in architecture and a master’s degree in project management, she has vast experience with office buildings, residential, hotels, logistics and retail, making her an incredibly effective advisor for clients in this space.

Viviana is convinced that more women and more diverse teams in financial advisory will enable even greater success. “Diversity of gender but also diversity of culture, languages, backgrounds, religions, among others is so important. I think diversity can increase the collaboration and innovation of the teams, not to mention it also helps attract the best global talent.”

“I encourage women to join financial advisory because I think it’s an exceptional work environment and it gives you the opportunity to continuously learn and grow,” she says. “Hard work and courage are key, but with these, the sky really is the limit.”
