Emma is Global Private Equity Leader at Deloitte, overseeing our growth strategy and global co-ordination efforts to ensure we bring the best of Deloitte to our PE clients and their portfolio companies around the world. Whether we're delivering transaction support services or bringing the breadth of our consulting capabilities to support portfolio company transformation, we get it's all about value creation and, importantly, our goal is to support our clients personally succeed in their roles. In addition to her global PE role, Emma leads our cross-firm CFO Advisory platform in the UK, bringing together everything that Deloitte does to support CFOs and their finance teams. Throughout her career, Emma’s own area of specialism has been working with companies backed by private equity and she has relationships with a number of leading PE houses and their portfolio company CFOs. Emma has lots of experience of working closely with CFOs and their private equity owners throughout the investment cycle and has worked on numerous successful exits. Emma has a BA in Mathematics from Oxford University and an MBA (distinction) from Manchester Business School. Outside of work, Emma is a keen water sports enthusiast and leads a busy family life with three teenage children.

Ryan leads Deloitte Consulting’s Private Equity practice where he works with leading buyout and growth funds to maximize the value of their investments. From strategy and diligence, through outcome focused, hands on transformation of go to market, product, engineering, back and middle-office ops, and IT of their portfolio companies. Ryan also led Deloitte Consulting’s Technology Sector - growing it to one of Deloitte’s largest and most profitable industry practices and a market leader in enterprise software, semiconductor, and hardware. Ryan ‘grew up’ in Consulting digitizing his client’s businesses. Specializing in working with Software companies, and leading transformation programs. Turning the old and complicated, into the modern and simple. Providing ‘born in the cloud’ and 30+ year old Software companies a leg up in their growth and transformation. From changing business and operating models (SaaS, ARR), to being more Digital. Often underpinned by M&A (carve-outs, integrations and divestitures), large scale IT enabled business programs, go to market transformation, software product modernization, and modern engineering programs. Also, with experience in the life sciences, media & entertainment, and retail Sectors. Ryan is a pioneer, with unique ability to get things done. Experienced leading high growth businesses, deeply technical, and with a unique understanding of how technology works.

Kristen Anderson is a seasoned M&A Advisory partner at Deloitte United States, specializing in services to one of Deloitte US’s top private equity accounts and its related portfolio companies. With over a decade in the M&A group, she leads multi-national teams in executing M&A transactions, including transaction structures, financial due diligence, investment modeling reviews, and strategic advice on purchase and financing agreements. As the global Women in Private Equity leader, Kristen is also dedicated to promoting the growth and development of women in the private equity marketplace. She holds a BBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Michigan. Kristen lives in New Jersey with her husband and three daughters. Kristen loves to ski (and teaching her kids to ski) and taking on creative home remodeling projects.

Bryant is a partner with Deloitte & Touche LLP. He serves as Deloitte’s US Private Equity Leader where he focuses on delivering the full suite of Deloitte’s services and offerings to Private Equity firms and controlled portfolio companies. Bryant has more than 25 years of experience with Deloitte, with a specialty in advising on complex transactions for Private Equity clients. He leads both multi-national and cross-industry teams, supporting engagements across the end-to-end M&A lifecycle. His experience in creating value for clients spans transaction structuring and financial modeling, accounting and financial due diligence, purchase and financing agreement advisory, transaction close coordination, and development of exit plans for portfolio companies. Bryant is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and is based in Deloitte’s New York office. He holds a B.S. in Accounting from Villanova University and an MBA with an emphasis in Finance from Columbia Business School.

Karsten is a Financial Advisory partner in Düsseldorf and focus on transaction services for various corporate and private equity clients. Karsten leads the consumer business for Deloitte in Germany and is part of the global leadership team in this industry. His career started with three years experience in auditing and accounting at Deloitte in 1994. From 1997 to 1999 he gained industry experience in the luxury goods industry as a finance director for TAG Heuer. In 1999, he rejoined Deloitte’s transaction services.

Mark is the Global Mergers & Acquisitions Leader for Deloitte and the Industry Managing Partner for Private Equity in Canada. Mark has advised on more than 750 investments, mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures across all industry sectors for Deloitte, and specializes in delivering strategic advice, comprehensive due diligence, buy- and sell-side advisory services, and deal-structuring advice.

James leads the Private Equity and Financial Investors business at Deloitte UK, being our multi-disciplinary cross-service line business that supports our clients in private equity, infrastructure, real estate and credit & special sits. James is also an M&A Tax partner based in our London office, and his practice focuses on advising international private equity firms and multinational groups on all tax and structuring aspects of complex transactions.

Dwight has over 22 years experience working on private equity transactions across North America and Asia. He currently leads Deloitte’s Private Equity business for Asia Pacific. For the last 7 years Dwight has been based in Hong Kong executing transactions for global private equity across almost all geographies in Asia Pacific. Satoshi is Deloitte Asia Pacific Private Equity Co-Leader and Deloitte Tohmatsu Group Private Equity Leader in Japan. He has led numerous M&A transaction engagements primarily for global private equity firms in a variety of sectors including technology, media & telecommunications, industrial products, logistics, consumer goods and retail. He specializes in providing financial due diligence, accounting structuring advice, valuation, PPA, sales and purchase agreement, financial modelling and post-merger integration assistance. He has an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
