Do You Want to Be the Next Deloitte Trainee? Check Out Our Recruitment Team's Five Tips for the Application Process!

1. A Little Effort Can Make a Big Impression
Your CV should concisely showcase your skills. Highlight your work experience, education, and other areas of expertise. In your cover letter, explain why you chose to apply to us, what motivates you, and how your background fits the role you're applying for. Tailor your cover letter to the specific position you're seeking.Tip: Explore our Trainee stories for inspiration from others' experiences.

2. Clarity is Key
Your application will be read by someone unfamiliar with you. Clearly describe your previous roles, what you've learned, and what you're particularly proud of. The clearer your CV and application are structured, the easier it is for the recruiter to find the key points you want to highlight. There's no single right way to format a CV, but you might present your most recent studies and work experience in chronological order. Remember to indicate when you expect to graduate or when you graduated.Tip: Have someone review your application and CV.

3. Share Your Unique Strengths
Identify your unique strengths and how they set you apart from other candidates. Whether it's relevant work experience or project skills gained through volunteer work, there's something unique in your abilities. At Deloitte, everyone is encouraged to be themselves, so your application should reflect your individuality.
Tip: Practice highlighting your skills and expertise!
