Board Effectiveness Review

Drawing upon our Board Effectiveness Framework we assist Boards to assess and improve their effectiveness. Our approach combines comprehensive self-assessment with an external review and benchmarking of critical governance dimensions.

Board Committee Advisory

We offer support in both establishing and/or enhancing the effectiveness of your committees. Our services are tailored to the specific objectives of the committee and needs of the Board.

Board Benchmarking

We deliver an objective, data-driven evaluation of the governance practices and structure of the Board, relative to a mutually agreed benchmark group. This is included in the full Board Effectiveness Review but can also be provided as a standalone service.

Board Training & Education

Drawing on our global team of subject matter experts we create a tailored learning experience in accordance with company stage, industry, markets, and strategy. We deliver and facilitate engaging Board Training and Education on pertinent Board topics and issues, such as ESG, Talent, Digital, Cyber Security & AI, and Geopolitics.
