Veera Herse

Veera Herse works in transfer pricing team in Deloitte Finland. She has been working with transfer pricing, cross-border and domestic tax projects almost 15 years. She has participated in a number of transfer pricing and international business model projects within various industries. She has gained a strong experience in transfer pricing litigation with respect to group re-organizations and IP as well as designing transfer prices related to business model changes. In addition, she has participated in various transfer pricing documentation projects including also global documentation outsourcing projects for MNEs.
