Sami is Managing Partner of Growth in Deloitte Finland. He oversees client and industry programs, and is responsible for enabling Deloitte teams deliver undisputed leadership and service to our clients. In his Growth leader role Sami manages client portfolios from multinational enterprises to small & medium size companies segments. Sami works closely with clients to understand the needs to be able to bring the right expertise across industries and Deloitte capabilities, and he is enthusiastic about delivering multi-disciplinary services across Deloitte offerings. During his career Sami has initiated number of innovation programs to benefit businesses and societies and he works actively with marketing & branding teams to promote important topics with purpose and impact.
