Paula leads the Engineering offering within Deloitte Technology & Transformation practice in Finland. She has worked primarily in the Financial Services Industry over the past 13+ years, accruing significant experience in large-scale system implementation projects as part of core business transformation programs. Paula works best when positioned between business and technology stakeholders while ensuring the needs of the system’s end users are met. She is accustomed to shaping, leading and enabling the fulfillment of project objectives in a complex multi-vendor environment.
