Nikolas has broad experience especially in domestic and cross border M&A and real estate transactions and in assisting clients with renewables, energy and infrastructure projects and engagements. Nikolas also regularly advises clients on a broad range of corporate and other legal day-to-day matters and inquiries relating to our clients respective businesses.
