Tom is a Partner in the Nordic Risk, Regulatory and Forensic (RR&F) Offering Portfolio, focusing on clients in the Financial Services Industry. He leads Regulatory and Financial Risk (RFR) across the Nordic Geo and AI Risk Management & Compliance for EMEA. His experience includes lead projects to develop tools, techniques and approaches to enable model design and build, plus gap analysis, technology solution implementation plus review and validation exercises. Tom specializes in financial risk management including risk processes, analytics, controls and governance for Banking & Capital Markets. He is a market leader in advanced analytics having implemented, reviewed and applied risk models across the full spectrum of investment banks, universal banks, commercial banks and other lending providers. Tom has a Masters degree in Physics, an Honours degree in Financial Services and is a qualified Prince2 practitioner.
