Shane is a Partner in the indirect tax team in Copenhagen. She has over 14 years of experience in indirect tax consulting with a demonstrated history of resolving issues (both within Europe and Asia Pacific) affecting Danish and international companies in particular clients that operate within the digital economy and the retail and consumer product sector.
Shane specialises in the indirect tax handling of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions and has assisted in numerous vendor and buy side due diligences, tax structuring, SPA reviews and post deal integration/optimisation.
Having started her career at another Big4 in Auckland, New Zealand, Shane’s Asia Pacific and European knowledge of different indirect tax systems gives her a unique perspective to solving client problems – she is able to provide multi-faceted advice across global supply chains.
