Rasmus is a State Authorized Public Accountant who works with audit engagements for mid-market companies, primarily within real estate and family businesses. He is the audit lead for Real Estate in Deloitte Denmark, and his work covers audit across Danish and international group structures as well as advisory related to business structures, governance, and transactions.
In addition to his sector focus in real estate, his work includes audit planning, execution, and reporting in organisations with complex ownership and operating models. He advises clients on the reporting implications of structural complexity, transaction activity, and cross-border operations, and works with finance teams on accounting, compliance, and strategic financial planning.
His areas of expertise include IFRS, financial statement legislation, tax-related matters, and financial reporting requirements for businesses with international operations. He also works with family businesses and mid-market companies on matters that extend beyond the audit process, including reporting frameworks, internal coordination across entities, and requirements linked to growth, restructuring, and operational change.
