Nicolaj is a Senior Manager in Deloitte Denmark’s transfer pricing team, serving the largest companies in Danmark across different industries including pharmaceutical, consumer & retail, ER&I, technology, etc.
Nicolaj has been engaged in all areas of transfer pricing, including BAPAs, MAPs, audit defense, benchmarking, transfer pricing policy work and restructuring projects, including valuation and transfer of IP for large multinational clients, as well as leading global documentation projects to ensure compliance with OECD guidelines and local regulations.
