Michael is a partner in Deloitte Legal. He specialises in advising companies, owners and management teams on commercial law matters, including commercial contract structures, transactions (M&A), incentive schemes, corporate restructuring and generational succession, amongst other things. In addition, Michael has extensive experience in advising on real estate matters and the strategic use of AI and digital tools within the legal function. Michael also advises first-time and newly appointed CLOs through transition labs - a structured programme designed to support CLOs in succeeding in their new role.
