Over the last 9 years, he has developed in depth experience of financial crime, working within the first and second lines of defence on secondment roles in various global banks and more recently an investment and wealth manager.
He has extensive knowledge of sanctions, transaction monitoring and model risk management as well as a strong technical background with expertise in SQL.
As well as excellent communication skills to discuss complex subjects with technical and non-technical stakeholders, a proven record of managing financial crime teams on international projects and effective upward stakeholder management of senior managers to board executives.
