Elif is Head of Real Estate at Deloitte Legal Denmark.
Elif primarily deals with real estate transactions and project development and has assisted both Danish and foreign companies with the transfer of property portfolios and due diligence processes, including handling right-of-first-refusal in connection with transactions.
In addition, Elif advises on the organisation and implementation of tender processes for the selection of property administrators and managers for large property portfolios, including the preparation of tender documents, the evaluation of bids and the conclusion of contracts with the selected administrator or manager.
