Estefania works at Deloitte as a Senior Manager and is currently serving as Finance Lead at a Danish-based manufacturing company, driving their SAP transformation program with an ambitious timeline and close collaboration with clients. She specializes in SAP functional implementations across finance, leading rollouts and transformation programs at the intersection of business processes, technology, and people.
Estef joined Deloitte to focus on global SAP programs, where her ability to balance ambiguity, people, and delivery has become a defining strength.
“I believe that a successful transformation professional is someone who can stay open-eyed in the middle of chaos, adapt quickly, and help others find clarity in uncertain situations. My personal motto is simple: ‘no hay peor cosa que el no hacerlo’ – the worst thing is not doing it.”
Born and raised in the Dominican Republic, Estef has always been drawn to international experiences. After completing her studies, she began her career at Accenture, working in SAP functional roles and gaining hands-on experience in finance systems. This early work sparked her passion for transformation projects and client-facing delivery.
Over the past decade, Estef has been part of international projects where change is constant, and ambiguity is the norm. What motivates her most is guiding clients and teams through these complex journeys, ensuring progress and collaboration even in challenging environments.

Cross-border engagement comes naturally to Estef as she has lived and worked in multiple countries, building a truly international career. Denmark, where Estef has been based since 2023, is already the fifth country where she has paid taxes, reflecting her globally diverse personal and professional journey.
At Deloitte, Estef took on a leadership role in global rollouts, most notably serving as Senior Manager for a cross-border SAP roll-out factory programme implemented across 11 countries. This ambitious initiative involved harmonising finance and logistics processes while ensuring compliance with tax and legal frameworks in each jurisdiction.
Currently, she leads the finance stream of an SAP transformation programme at a company in the energy infrastructure sector, managing a particularly aggressive timeline. It is a role that challenges her ability to manage client expectations, navigate pressure, and still foster collaboration and trust. What makes this assignment special is not just the technical challenge, but the human one: building strong relationships with the client and project team while delivering results under demanding circumstances. For her, this project is proof that even the toughest environments can be rewarding when you approach them with resilience, openness, and heart.
Consulting is best suited to those who are curious, adaptable, and energized by complexity. Estefani enjoys the international dimension of her work, collaborating with colleagues and clients across cultures, time zones, and languages. She believes that cultural awareness and empathy are as essential to success as technical expertise. For her, work is also about people:
“If you don’t like and enjoy the people you work with, you will end up miserable.”
Over time, her teams have become like family, so much so that she has even traveled to India to celebrate important milestones with them. These relationships are what make the long hours and complex projects not only successful but also meaningful.
Estef embraces standing out, with her crazy hair, love of red lipstick, and a shoe rotation that goes from heels one day to kitten-print sneakers the next. That authenticity, paired with empathy, helps her connect with people across diverse environments and lead in her own way. And most of the time, you’ll find her laughing — in fact, she says she spends 80% of the time laughing, even at SAP issues.
For her, leadership is not just about delivery, it’s about making space for the next generation, especially for the girls coming along. She wants them to see that there is room for diverse voices, different styles, and new ways of leading in the consulting world.
A hidden talent not on my CV: I once worked on national TV in the Dominican Republic, presenting the lottery numbers.
A quirky trait: I don’t recognize faces very well, and I talk to myself constantly — so much that sometimes I tell people “I told you so,” when in fact I only had that conversation in my head.
