She specialises in leading complex infrastructure projects across energy, transport, nuclear, defence and the built environment. As a Vice Chair, Lorraine is responsible for the UK Firm's approach to infrastructure, working across businesses, investors, governments, NGOs, and mayoral authorities, as they look to deliver over £700bn in UK Infrastructure Investment in the next 10 years.
In her client work Lorraine specialises in driving improved productivity, performance, and cost optimisation in both the public and private sectors with a strong focus on technology transformation. Lorraine works extensively with Ministers, Boards, Permanent Secretaries, and the C-Suite, bringing over 30 years’ experience of major programmes, turnarounds, transformations, and transactions across large, complex organisations.
Previously Lorraine was Global Lead Partner for Government for a Big 4 firm, with responsibility for strategy, growth and markets across all service lines, sectors, and geographies.
Lorraine sits on the advisory board of Rewired Earth and has an MA in Sustainability and Business from the University of Leeds and leads Deloitte’s Sustainability and Climate practice across Government clients. Having lived and worked across Australia and New Zealand for many years and held senior global roles, she now lives in the UK with her two dogs, enjoys watching Newcastle United, playing padel and running marathons for various cancer charities.
