The People Behind Deloitte Bulgaria

Mladen Manolov, Senior Consultant (TST), recently joined Deloitte. 

What excites him most is collaborating with talented and motivated colleagues on projects that truly matter for people and society. Outside of work, Mladen is alwaysplanning his next adventure — from hiking across the Balkan mountains to snowboarding and training for ultramarathons.

Yoanna Stancheva, Senior Consultant, has been with Deloitte for almost three years.

Mila Goranova, Talent Lead for the Data Science team in Central Europe, is passionate about helping people grow and guiding businesses through their AI transformation journeys. 

She finds meaning in applying AI to solve real-world challenges. Outside of work, Mila is deeply engaged in sustainability, always eager to share tips and spark conversations about greener living.

Veselina Balabanova, Consultant in the AI & Data team, enjoys the intersection of business and data that makes her role both dynamic and diverse. 

Her biggest motivation comes from the collaborative and supportive colleagues she works with daily. In her free time, Veselina loves dancing and has explored different dance styles over the years.

Sebastian Zijlstra, Consultant in Marketing & Commerce, focuses on A/B testing, personalization, and AI-driven customer experiences. 

He enjoys exploring how emerging tech is shaping the future of commerce. What motivates him is being part of a team that shares knowledge and balances different strengths. Outside of work, Sebastian’s newest passion is his 11-month-old puppy, Ruby, a playful King Charles Cavalier.

Yoanna Terzieva, Talent Group Lead for SAP SCM CE Team, collaborates with people from diverse countries, age groups, and mindsets, which keeps her work dynamic and inspiring. 

She’s motivated by supportive colleagues and a positive environment that fuels her growth and development. Outside of Deloitte, Yoanna loves spending time with her kids, as well as paper crafting, staying active through sports, and traveling to new places.

Ivan Varbanov, AI Expert, enjoys working through uncertainty and uncovering insights from complex data. 

He’s motivated by his team’s drive and support, knowing there’s always someone ready to help. Outside the office, Ivan loves exploring nightlife and new events, discovering fresh vibes and energy around the city.

Alexander Ganchev, Director, Technology Strategy & Transformation, leads the TST team in Bulgaria.

He enjoys the pace and variety of the work, the chance to partner with clients on complex challenges, and to turn opportunities into real results. Alex is inspired by his team’s collaborative and ambitious culture. Outside of work, he’s passionate about travelling the globe and caring for his two sphynx cats, Ramses and Hermes.
